Support URI Club Sports in this year’s Rhody Athletics Challenge!
More teams. More opportunities. More Rhody pride than ever before!
With the addition of 13 new teams this year, URI Club Sports has grown to 34 teams and more than 1,000 student-athletes, creating more opportunities for students to compete, lead, and proudly represent the University of Rhode Island.
Our student-run teams provide a unique collegiate experience, empowering students to manage budgets, organize travel, lead fundraising efforts, and oversee team operations. Our student-athletes continue to excel in competition, earning conference championships, competing at national tournaments, and representing Rhody across the country. We've also launched URIClubSports.com, a new website dedicated to celebrating our teams and connecting our growing community.
With this growth comes an increased need for support. Our teams rely heavily on membership dues, student-led fundraising, and the generosity of alumni, families, and friends to fund travel, equipment, facilities, coaching, and competition expenses.
