Help URI Women's Hockey Go the Distance!
From Rhode Island to Michigan, Colorado, and Arizona, the Rams are preparing for an ambitious season of national competition.
This season, URI Women's Ice Hockey is taking its talents across the country, with trips to Michigan to face Davenport and Michigan State, Colorado to compete against Denver and Colorado State, and Arizona to take on the University of Arizona and Arizona State. These trips provide invaluable opportunities to compete on a national stage and proudly represent Rhody.
As a student-run club sport, URI Women's Ice Hockey relies heavily on membership dues and fundraising to cover its expenses. Unlike traditional varsity athletes, our players shoulder a significant portion of the costs of competing. With three long-distance trips on the schedule, airfare, lodging, and transportation expenses create a substantial financial burden for students already managing the cost of a college education.
This Rhody Athletics Challenge, you can help ease that burden! Your donation directly offsets travel and competition expenses, making these opportunities more accessible to our student-athletes.
Make your gift today and help URI Women's Ice Hockey compete across the country!
