Gifts to Edward and Gail Bradley Family Soccer Field contribute to...
For 17 seasons, Ed Bradley built a tradition of excellence at the University of Rhode Island. As the all-time winningest head coach in Rhody men's soccer history, he led the Rams to 192 victories, 10 Atlantic 10 titles, and six NCAA Championship appearances. But his impact extends far beyond the scoreboard.
Ed Bradley’s legacy is bigger than the wins. It lives on through the players he mentored. Among them are current URI head coach Gareth Elliott, who played for Bradley and has continued to build on his mentor's success, and two players who went on to the World Cup stage. Bradley's own sons, Brian and Michael, also wore the Rhody uniform under his leadership.
Naming the soccer field in honor of him and his wife Gail is an opportunity to recognize that legacy and ensure it remains part of URI soccer history. Your gift will help make this tribute possible, recognizing the Bradley family's extraordinary contributions to Rhody soccer and preserving his legacy for the players, coaches, and fans who will follow.
