URI Class of 1976 50th Reunion Giving Campaign

Fifty years ago, we walked the Quad, cheered in Keaney Gym, and built friendships that have lasted a lifetime. Now, as we prepare to celebrate our 50th Reunion, the Class of 1976 has the chance to come together once again — this time to give back to the University that gave us so much.

Our goal is ambitious but meaningful: 200 classmates participating and more than $500,000 raised in honor of our milestone year. Every contribution — whether a one-time gift, a multi-year pledge, or a planned gift — helps strengthen URI for future generations.

Many classmates are choosing gifts that mark our class year — $1,976, $576, or $176 — a nod to where it all began. But every gift, no matter the size, carries the same spirit of Rhody pride.

All gifts made between July 1, 2025, and September 30, 2026 will count toward our class campaign. Together, we’ll celebrate our achievements and present our class check to President Parlange during Reunion Weekend — a symbol of our shared memories and enduring connection to URI.

Let’s make this 50th Reunion more than a celebration. Let’s make it a legacy.
